I’m your trainer, Meg. As a wife and mom of four busy kids I know what it’s like to feel pulled in many directions at once. My hope for you is that the Wilma app will make fitness simple for you. I’ve done the programming, and you get to show up and join me in the fun. We’re a community of thousands of women working toward strength from the inside out. Health is not just about how you look. It’s a feeling, a mindset, a lifestyle. Here we leave the “all or nothing” approach behind and it becomes all or something. It’s you vs. you and we love celebrating all the little wins that are felt in living a healthier and happier life.

OUR WHY

Exercise should be fun. It’s our superpower. We have always felt it was a gift to be able to move freely. It connects us to our most authentic self, makes us feel alive and beautiful, and continually pushes us toward growth. Exercise is more than an outcome or calories burned. At Wilma, movement is a lifestyle. It comes from a place of love and we want you to find that same love and energy from movement too, whether you’re at home or in the gym. And no matter what stage of womanhood you’re in.
