The Wilma Content Manager is a vital role within our organization, as it ensures that our content strategy aligns with our mission to support and inspire mothers throughout their fitness journeys. By managing and creating high-quality content for our app and social media platforms, the Content Manager helps to engage and educate our community, driving user retention and satisfaction. This role is essential for maintaining our brand integrity and delivering consistent, valuable content that resonates with our audience, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Wilma Fit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CREATE AND MANAGE SOCIAL CONTENT: creating photo/video content, editing photo/video content, manage and upload content

Instagram

Tik Tok

You Tube

Create blog posts

Manage the scheduled content within the app

Assist in the creation and management of month-long challenges in the Wilma Fit app and help in the other events throughout the year.

Create and manage ‘The Wilma Weekly’ newsletter

CONTENT STRATEGY:

Build content calendars around regular content as well as special events and holidays.

Identify the best social platforms and tools for content types.

Collaborate with the Wilma community to manage user generated content, giveaways, and other activations.

Maintain brand integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication and creative skills.

Strong organizational abilities.

Proficiency in content creation, social media platforms, and editing tools.

Familiar with Canva or quick to learn.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Job Type: Part time

Hours: 10-15 hours per week with opportunities for growth and expansion

Compensation: $20/hr with opportunities for advancement

Work Location: Salt Lake City. This is a work-from-home position but with monthly in-person meetings in Salt Lake City, UT
