Most Flexible Exercise Plan Out There!

I have tried just about every exercise program there is, and this is the only one I’ve been able to stick to! All other exercise programs are so restrictive and demanding, Meg on the other hand gives me all the variety and none of the pressure! … No more guilt for missing one day in your 60 day program. She truly is like your personal trainer, giving you the resources and the knowledge to do what you and your body need. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

GAME CHANGER

This app is a game changer! (Life changer?) I struggle to get to the gym with little ones at home, and have tried many other home workouts, but none have stuck. Meg’s home workouts are seriously amazing! She is so positive and motivating, and pushes me with each workout, but in a way that is totally not intimidating! … I’ve been using it for two months, and … I love the convenience, the minimal equipment required, and most of all, how I feel after these workouts! I also subscribe to the gym workouts for my husband to use (yes, these are for men too), and I’m feeling stronger than ever!  If a busy, 30-something mom of five can do this, anyone can! Thank you Meg! You’ve created something truly remarkable!

I found Meg’s app on the first day of January and I have NOT looked back!! She guides you through workouts and has given me such a love for movement and my body postpartum that I never thought I’d have again. I have begun moving just for the love of it and not for what I can get out of it. While I’ve gained muscle definition and lost weight, the greatest thing I’ve gained is self-love and appreciation for a body that is healthy and can move! I cannot recommend this app enough and I look forward to many more months with Meg!
