5-Ingredient Chicken Coconut Curry

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breasts, cubed
11 oz Thai Style Yellow Curry Sauce from Trader Joes
1 can of coconut cream or coconut milk
2 cups of diced gold potatoes
2-3 large carrots
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Peel your carrots and potatoes and dice them into bite-size pieces.
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
Add the chicken, carrots, and potatoes into your crockpot and cover with the bottle of curry sauce.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Add coconut cream and stir well about 30-60 minutes before serving.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
