Goodbye, May. Hello, Run Club.

What an incredible month.


Over the last few weeks, our May’d to Move community showed up day after day — choosing movement, consistency, and healthier habits one challenge at a time. From workouts and walks to hydration goals and nutrition challenges, this month was about proving that small daily actions really do add up.


And you all absolutely crushed it.


We saw:

  • Early morning workouts

  • Daily walks

  • Protein-packed meals

  • Water goals being hit

  • Pushups, planks, wall sits, and conditioning workouts

  • So much encouragement and accountability within the community


But more importantly, we saw people building confidence in themselves again.


That’s what this challenge was really about.


Not perfection.Not all-or-nothing.Not doing everything perfectly every single day.


Just learning to keep showing up.


Whether you completed every challenge or only a few, we hope this month reminded you that progress is made in the small, consistent choices.


We are SO proud of everyone who participated and made this community so motivating and supportive throughout May.

We are so excited to officially announce our July challenge:


THE RUN CLUB


The goal: Run (or walk/jog!) 31 miles in 31 days during the month of July.


Are you in?


No pressure to be fast. No pressure to be an experienced runner. No pressure to do it all at once.


This challenge is for EVERYONE:

  • Beginners

  • Busy moms

  • Walkers

  • Joggers

  • Experienced runners

  • Anyone wanting a fun goal to work toward this summer


You can break it up however works best for you:

  • 1 mile a day

  • Longer weekend walks/runs

  • Treadmill miles

  • Outdoor miles

  • Run/walk intervals


The goal is simply to move consistently and challenge yourself throughout the month.


We’ll be sharing:

  • Running tips

  • Beginner-friendly advice

  • Motivation

  • Accountability

  • Community check-ins

  • And more fun surprises along the way!
