Welcome to Week 2 of our January Challenge! After building momentum in Week 1, this week is all about slowing down, staying grounded, and supporting your body and mind with simple daily habits that help you feel more present and energized.
These goals are designed to fit into real life — even busy, full days — and help you reset without restriction or overwhelm.
Your Week 2 Goals
For Week 2, you’ll again aim to complete all five goals at least five days out of the week. Once you’ve finished everything for the day, head to the Challenges tab in the app and click “Complete” to track your progress.
Here’s what you’ll be focusing on:
1. Ground yourself in gratitude: Take a few minutes each day to intentionally focus on what you’re grateful for. This could be writing down three things, saying them out loud, or simply pausing to notice the good around you. Small moments of gratitude can shift your entire mindset.
2. Do your Wilma workout: Keep showing up for your workouts, whether they’re short or longer sessions. Consistency matters more than intensity, and moving your body daily helps support both mental and physical health.
3. Drink at least 60 ounces of water: Hydration plays a huge role in energy, digestion, mood, and focus. Sip throughout the day and keep a water bottle nearby to make this goal easier.
4. Eat less than 30 grams of added sugar: This isn’t about cutting sugar completely or being restrictive. It’s about awareness and balance. Focus on whole foods, read labels when you can, and aim to reduce unnecessary added sugars.
5. Read for 10 minutes: This is your permission to slow down. Whether it’s a book, devotional, or something purely for enjoyment, reading for even 10 minutes helps calm your mind and create intentional quiet in your day.
How to Complete the Week
Each day you complete all five goals, go to the Challenges tab and tap “Complete.”Your goal is to hit 5 out of 7 days this week.
Remember: progress over perfection. Missing a day doesn’t mean starting over — it means showing up again tomorrow.
A Gentle Reminder
This challenge isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what matters. Let these habits support you, not stress you out. You’re building routines that are sustainable, grounding, and supportive long after January ends.
Keep going. You’re doing great!
