A sweet, simple treat for kids that makes the day a little more special.
If you’re looking for an easy Valentine’s Day treat that feels festive but doesn’t require baking, frosting, or a trip to three stores — these mini pancake stackers are it.
They’re adorable, customizable, and come together in minutes. Best of all? You can make them with what you already have, or grab everything from Trader Joe’s, Costco, or your local grocery store.

What You’ll Need
Mini pancakes (homemade or frozen)Trader Joe’s, Costco, and most grocery stores carry frozen mini pancakes
Fresh strawberries
Skewers, toothpicks, or cake pop sticks (short = kid-safe)
Optional: powdered sugar, chocolate drizzle, or yogurt for dipping
How to Make Strawberry Hearts
This sounds fancy but it’s super simple.
Remove the green tops from the strawberries.
Cut a small V-shape notch from the top center of each strawberry.
That creates a natural heart shape — easy and so cute.
How to Assemble the Pancake Stackers
Warm your mini pancakes (toaster, pan, or microwave).
Stack three mini pancakes together on a skewer, toothpick, or cakepop stick.
Place a strawberry heart on top.
Repeat until you have a full batch.
Make Them Extra Fun
Dust with powdered sugar
Drizzle with melted chocolate
Serve with yogurt, syrup, or whipped cream for dipping

Happy Valentine's Day! Let us know if you make these and leave a comment.
