We did the planning so you don't have to. Every week we're dropping a fresh meal plan right here in the Wilma Weekly — family-friendly recipes pulled from our favorite food blogs, plus a full grocery list so you can shop once and get on with your week. Here's what's on the menu.
Dinner # 1: Easy Korean Beef Bowls
Get the recipe → (Mel's Kitchen Cafe)
Flavorful ground beef over rice with a zesty slaw and a garlicky sauce that is genuinely hard to stop eating. The whole thing is customizable, so picky eaters can build their own bowl and everyone leaves the table happy. Make the sauce ahead of time and this dinner practically puts itself together.
Dinner # 2: Crispy Chicken Tacos
Get the recipe → (Two Peas and Their Pod)
Rotisserie chicken, taco seasoning, shredded cheese, corn tortillas — baked in the oven until crispy without a drop of frying oil. Serve them with jalapeño ranch and guacamole and watch them disappear. This one is on heavy rotation for a reason.
Dinner # 3: Thai-Style Ground Turkey and Green Beans
Get the recipe → (Mel's Kitchen Cafe)
Twenty minutes, one pan, and a bold Thai-inspired sauce that makes ground turkey taste like anything but boring. Serve over rice and dinner is done before anyone has time to complain they're hungry. This one is a lifesaver on the hardest nights of the week.
Father's Day Side Dish: Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Get the recipe → (Female Foodie)
Sheet pan brussels sprouts roasted with bacon and finished with a honey-balsamic glaze until everything is perfectly crispy. Pairs with any of the dinners above. Fair warning — kids who swear they hate vegetables will eat these.
